| As President of Consortia, Dan Caldwell works to identify, employ and deliver the highest quality consulting resources to our clients. He joins with the Consortia Board of Directors to continuously evaluate opportunities for corporate growth and service improvement. Prior to leading Consortia, Dan served as the Vice President of Finance for the Southeast Region of ALLTEL and, prior to the merger, spent twenty years managing various accounting functions for Aliant Communications. He holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Nebraska and is a member of the American Institute of CPAs. |

| Rhonda Maun, one of the company's founding partners, serves as CEO and Chair of Consortia's Board of Directors. Rhonda's work concerns internal management issues affecting the strategic direction of the company. Her more than 20 years of industry experience include involvement in regulatory advocacy, access and universal service reform, regulatory compliance, service pricing, tariff development, marketing and sales. Rhonda holds a master's degree in business administration from Creighton University and a bachelor's degree from the University of Kansas. |
